Access and Information for People with Special Needs

Our hotel provides services for the accessibility of people with physical disabilities and other special needs.

In accordance with the horizontal circulation on the ground floor of our hotel, "access" is provided to the reception, lobby-living area, restaurant, cafeteria, lift and guest rooms.

In our hotel; We have one (1) Physically Disabled Room and a physically disabled WC in the SPA section.

In our hotel; For the accessibility of our Hearing Impaired Customers, emergency buttons on the entrance and other floors, visual light alarm, Braille alphabet and audible warning system are available in all our lifts.

In our hotel; Emergency buttons are available audibly for the accessibility of our visually impaired customers.
